The People Behind Your Progress
Your personal trainer, nutritionist, physiotherapist, and sport therapist all work from the same assessment results, so your training plan, eating strategy, and pain management point the same way.

Builds and guides your training program, from foundational strength through mobility and performance.

Designs an eating pattern that supports daily energy, body composition, and recovery after training.

Assesses movement quality, pain, and restrictions, then adapts your training so it stays safe to do.

Handles muscle tension and the recovery process through sport massage and supporting therapies.

What Usually Happens
You already set aside time to train. What is often unclear is whether the program you follow matches the condition your body is in today. Some people stop after a few weeks because progress is hard to measure. Some notice recovery taking longer than it used to. Others hesitate between the gym, physiotherapy, Pilates, or recovery, because they do not yet know which one their body needs first.
"You are putting in enough effort. What is missing is a starting measurement and a direction that fits your body."
Left Unattended
These changes happen gradually and often go unnoticed until daily activity starts to feel heavy. The encouraging part is that most of it can be slowed with the right training.
Muscle Mass
Up to 8% Decline
Per Decade
By age 50, untrained capacity makes daily activity that once felt easy, such as climbing stairs, feel noticeably harder.
Cardiorespiratory VO₂Max
Around 10% Decline
Per Decade
By age 50, untrained capacity makes daily activity that once felt easy, such as climbing stairs, feel noticeably harder.
Recovery Velocity
Gradually Slower
Cumulative
The body needs more time to recover from fatigue and minor injuries.
The encouraging part: this decline can be slowed, and some of it reversed, when it is measured properly and trained through a program that fits. The first step is always the same, knowing where you stand today.

Our Services
Six connected services, all starting from your assessment results.
Your assessment is compiled into one report covering six areas of physical condition. That report becomes the basis of your whole program, and is updated at every follow up measurement.
Not knowing where to begin is the most common thing we hear. Your trainer builds the program from your report, then adjusts it as your condition changes.
Energy that runs out early often traces back to eating patterns rather than training volume. Your nutritionist builds a strategy that supports both your training and your schedule.
Pain and restricted movement are handled first, before training load goes up. Your physiotherapist assesses the cause, treats the complaint, then passes those notes to your trainer.
Slower recovery makes the next session feel heavier than it should. Sport massage helps release muscle tension, and can be booked right after training.
Posture and movement control are built with light load on the joints. Reformer work strengthens your core, mobility, and stability, and runs alongside a gym program.
Longevity Assessment
An assessment is not a fitness test you can fail. There is no standard you need to meet first. The purpose is simple: to understand your movement patterns, strength, mobility, endurance, and recovery speed today, then use that as the basis for your program.
Step 1
Initial Consultation, about 30 minutes
Your personal trainer listens to your training history, complaints, and goals first.
Step 2
Physical and Body Composition Screening
Baseline measurement with the Technogym Checkup 9000, posture and injury risk screening by a physiotherapist, and body composition measurement by a nutritionist using the InBody 970.
Step 3
Results and Recommended Next Steps
You receive your Precision Longevity Report, a summary of your current condition in plain language, along with the program recommendation that best fits your needs and goals. The report is prepared jointly by the three specialists who saw you.
Report Contents
Your Precision Longevity Report maps six areas: body composition, mobility, balance, processing speed, strength, and cardio capacity. Each area comes with a score, its direction of change since your last measurement, and a note from the specialist who reviewed it.
* The report is printed and walked through with you, then updated at every follow up measurement.
What you take home: your Precision Longevity Report as a starting measurement, and clarity on the first step to take.
Optional add on
Biological age testing using the PhenoAge method and genetic testing, processed with our partner laboratory.

Recovery Facilities
Recovery is part of your program, with its own place and its own schedule. Your physiotherapist and nutritionist decide what kind of recovery you need, and you do it in the same building where you train.
Where This Leads
Waking up with a body that feels lighter
Climbing the office stairs without stopping to catch your breath
Energy that holds from the morning meeting to the late afternoon
Sleep that actually restores you
Measurements trending upward from your first assessment
*This describes the direction of the program rather than a promised result. Pace of change differs from person to person, depending on starting condition, consistency, and other health factors.
